When my friend Mayuresh saw this site and realize I'm a biker he decided to email me his biker picture.
Funny thing is that he doesn't have a bike, but he's a very good graphical designer (by clicking on the pic you'll see it bigger)........

Ricardo is outstanding and I can’t recommend him highly enough. I too started a project with another provider that I needed finishing for my client within 48hrs….7 days later and minimal communication I had too go back to the drawing board and start the hiring process again, I am so pleased this happened as I had the pleasure of working with Ricardo. WOW, I don’t even know where to begin. I am new to outsourcing so I went to Odesk. Posted a job had great response. Went through interviewed several people, selected one…. OH MY! What a mess…. I fired that guy, then I met Ricardo… he came in cleaned up that mess… and made a wonderful word press site… I couldn’t be happier. That little job that I posted and Ricardo accepted, lead me to the best Word press person ever! I have now rehired him, so I can have a few more things changed… Then Ricardo will do the Property Management site, I know it will be fantastic.. His work ethic is great, he is quick and complete.. Ricardo was wonderful to work with. He quickly started work on my WP customization, and by the time I could run a few errands and get back home he was done. From the very beginning he welcomed my feedback and ask for approval every step along the way. His daughter was ill yet even though he had to care for her during the day, he stayed focused on the project and delivered an excellent result. I don’t know where to start…. how about the beginning…. As someone who is new to outsourcing, I posted my first job for help with a Wordpress site. Whilst I got many responses, one stood out amongst the rest. Ricardo, so self assured about his ability, relentlessly tried to pin me down to chat about the project and his ability to do the job at hand. He finally pinned me down and after about 5 minutes into the conversation I was happy, assured and comfortable. Ricardo made sure he demonstrated his ability to me, in order that I was completely comfortable with his work and working knowledge. I’ve known Ricardo since elementary school and there are many things I can say about him, on the personal side (friendship) and the professional side. One of them is that Ricardo fell in love with computers since we where kids. He was always the tech guy in class, sometimes even challenging our teacher’s knowledge on some matters.
